Structural Standards Followed
Every PT Woodle home is built by following carefully defined structural standards that ensure strength, stability, and long-term performance. From the selection of timber to the engineering of beams, joints, and load-bearing components, every stage is executed with precision. Our installation methods combine traditional wood craftsmanship with modern engineering principles, ensuring that each structure can withstand environmental stress while maintaining its natural beauty for decades.

Moisture Control System
Moisture is the primary cause of structural failure in timber, which is why we treat it as a precision variable. Through our 5-stage fortification process, including industrial kiln drying, we reduce moisture levels to a precise 8-12%. This stabilization eliminates the risk of swelling, cracking, or warping. By combining seasoned timber with advanced ventilation and drainage techniques, we ensure your structure remains rock-solid and stable, even in the most demanding humid environments.
Advanced Bio-Shield Protection
To guarantee a lifetime of durability, our timber is fortified using a deep-penetration chemical treatment. We utilize high-performance preservation agents, such as Latrex 400 EC and Sprintxone, to create an impenetrable barrier against termites, fungi, and mold. This specialized treatment ensures long-lasting biological protection without compromising the wood’s natural strength or aesthetic grandeur, delivering a home that is as resilient as it is beautiful.

Fire Rating
Safety is a key consideration in every structure we build. The timber used in PT Woodle homes is treated and engineered to meet recognized fire safety standards. Wood, when properly treated and constructed, can offer predictable fire resistance due to its natural charring properties, which slow down structural weakening. Our building approach ensures that the structure maintains stability and provides valuable resistance in the event of fire exposure.
International Certification – SVLK
PT Woodle Homes follows responsible sourcing practices and complies with internationally recognized standards. Our timber is certified under the SVLK (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu), Indonesia’s official timber legality assurance system. This certification ensures that the wood used in our homes is legally sourced, sustainably managed, and traceable through the supply chain, reinforcing our commitment to responsible construction and environmental control.
