More Than a Wall. A Complete Building System.

Woodle Wooden Wall Panels are built to do more than look stunning. They are a core part of your home’s structure, designed to perform as well as they look. Each panel is made using our Hybrid Light Frame Panel system, which combines A-grade mahogany, merbau, and teak with a high-performance EPS foam core. The result is a wall panel that is strong, stable, thermally efficient, and naturally beautiful, all in one ready-to-install component.

Why Choose Wooden Wall Panels?

Keeps Your Home Comfortable

Keeps Your Home Comfortable

The natural structure of wood, combined with the EPS core, acts as a built-in insulator. Your home stays cool in summer and warm in winter with no extra effort.

Quieter Living Spaces

Quieter Living Spaces

Dense timber naturally absorbs sound. Whether it’s street noise or echoes in the room, our panels help create a calm, peaceful indoor environment.

Built to Last Without the Upkeep

Built to Last Without the Upkeep

Every panel goes through chemical treatment, vacuum pressure processing, and kiln drying, and is finished with a PU coating. This makes them fully resistant to termites, wood borers, and rot, with very little maintenance needed.

Stable in Any Climate

Stable in Any Climate

Our panels are kiln-dried to a precise moisture content of 8 to 12%. This means they will not warp, shrink, or crack over time, regardless of the weather conditions around them.

FAQs

How do the panels hold up in humid or extreme weather conditions?

Plus
Minus

Each panel goes through a 15-day industrial kiln drying process that brings the moisture content down to a stable 8 to 12%. This pre-stabilizes the wood so it will not warp, gap, or crack even in high-humidity environments or areas with rapidly changing weather.

Are the panels protected against termites and wood-boring insects?

Plus
Minus

Yes. As part of our treatment process, every panel goes through vacuum pressure treatment, where protective agents are pushed deep into the wood fibers. This eliminates any existing larvae and creates a long-lasting barrier against future infestations.

What happens to the panels in a fire?

Plus
Minus

Our high-density hardwood panels naturally char on the outer surface when exposed to fire. This charred layer acts as a protective barrier, slowing down heat transfer and helping the structure hold together for longer, giving you and your family more time.

How much maintenance do the exterior panels need?

Plus
Minus

Very little. Thanks to our multi-stage treatment process, the panels do not need regular sanding or resealing to stay structurally sound. An occasional UV-protective topcoat is all that is needed to keep the color looking fresh over time.

Is insulation included, or do I need to add it separately?

Plus
Minus

It is fully built in. Our Hybrid Light Frame Panel system has a high-performance EPS foam core sandwiched between the wood layers. From the moment the panels are installed, you already have a complete thermal and acoustic barrier in place, with nothing extra required.
