Manufacturing Process

Design & Engineering

Everything begins with a solid plan. Our team uses smart design software to create a digital version of your home before we even touch a piece of wood. This helps ensure every panel is strong enough and every corner looks exactly as you imagined. We solve the puzzles on a screen so that everything fits perfectly in real life.

Timber Treatment

Most wooden structures fail because the wood is treated as a raw material. We treat wood as an engineered system. By combining the natural resilience of premium timber with a rigorous 5-stage fortification process, we deliver a home that is as durable as steel but with the natural warmth of timber.

The 5-Stage Fortification Process

To ensure every structure is “climate-smart,” our timber undergoes a specialized treatment cycle:

Stage 1: Sourcing of Wood

We are SVLK-certified, which means we source legal wood from reliable forests to create long-lasting products.

Stage 2: Sawing Process

Logs are sawn into exact dimensions for uniform thickness.

Stage 3: Vacuum Pressure & Chemical Treatment

We use a vacuum chamber to reduce wood moisture content. Simultaneously, we apply treatments deep into the fibers to eliminate any hidden insects or larvae and prevent future infestations.

Stage 4: Industrial Kiln Drying/Oven Drying (10–15 Days)

A strict drying process brings the final moisture content down to 8–12%. This is critical for dimensional stability, ensuring your home never shrinks, warps, or cracks, regardless of the weather.

Stage 5: Final Component Processing.

Our stabilized wood is then crafted into doors, flooring, and ceilings, joined and finished to the highest architectural specifications.

Precision CNC Cutting

To ensure a perfect fit, we use advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting machines. These machines are like printers, but for wood; they cut every piece with incredible accuracy that you simply cannot achieve by hand. This means there are no gaps or wobbly parts, and we waste much less wood in the process.

Assembly & Installation

We don’t like surprises on the construction site. That’s why we ensure every component of our homes can be easily assembled within a 10- to 15-day period. Because our homes utilize knock-down technology, every part can be easily assembled, dismantled, and relocated as needed.

Quality Check

Before anything leaves our facility, it must pass a strict inspection. Our experts, who have lived and breathed woodworking for generations, inspect the wood for flaws, test the structural strength of the parts, and ensure the finish is perfectly smooth. If it isn’t good enough for us, it isn’t good enough for you.

Packing & Export Logistics

After the final check, we label every single piece clearly (like a giant Lego set) and wrap it in heavy-duty packaging. This protects the wood from scratches or moisture during transit by truck or ship. Our team handles all the logistics and paperwork to ensure your home arrives at your doorstep safe, sound, and ready to build.
